Seven Star Wedding Decor Mall is looking for a

dynamic and well-spoken Female Sales Executive

who can efficiently manage

IndiaMART leads, CRM follow-ups, and in-store sales operations

. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, organized, and confident in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

IndiaMART incoming leads and calling

professionally Manage

CRM entries, follow-ups, and client records

Attend

walk-in customers at the store

and understand their requirements Explain product details, pricing, and customization options Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, availability, and dispatch updates Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales Maintain daily sales reports and lead status Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in sales, telecalling, or CRM handling Experience with

IndiaMART calling

is a strong plus Good communication skills in

Hindi & basic English

Comfortable using

CRM software, WhatsApp, Excel, and calling systems

Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality Ability to multitask between online leads and store sales

Job Type:

Full-time

Working Hours:

As per store timings (6 days a week)
