We are looking for a driven and result-oriented professional to

empanel schools

,

onboard principals/school management

, and

enroll students

into Technoxian's Robotics, STEM, and AI programs.

This role is critical in expanding Technoxian's footprint across schools and building long-term institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

School Empanelment & Partnerships

Identify, approach, and empanel schools (CBSE, ICSE, IB, State Boards, International Schools). Engage with

Principals, Directors, Academic Heads, and School Management

. Present Technoxian's offerings: STEM Labs, Robotics Programs, AI curriculum, competitions, and training modules. Close MoUs and partnership agreements with schools.

Student Enrollment

Drive student enrollment for Technoxian programs through partnered schools. Coordinate demos, orientations, workshops, and presentations for students and parents. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education stakeholders. Act as the single point of contact between Technoxian and partner schools. Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams. Maintain accurate records of leads, empaneled schools, and enrollments. Share weekly/monthly performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

1-4 years

in school sales, education partnerships, edtech sales, or institutional onboarding. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable interacting with senior school authorities. Target-driven mindset with negotiation skills. Willingness to travel (if required). Passion for education, technology, and student development.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
