What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
Introduce our services clearly and confidently
Understand prospect needs and qualify interest
Generate and schedule leads/appointments for sales
Handle objections professionally and move conversations forward
Maintain accurate call logs and lead status in CRM
Follow up consistently with interested prospects
What We Expect
Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Confidence speaking to new people over calls
Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
Basic understanding of sales or lead qualification
Disciplined with targets, follow-ups, and reporting

Consistent daily call volumes
High-quality qualified leads, not random contacts
Clean CRM data and proper follow-ups
Steady improvement in conversion ratios
