The Sales Conversion Executive is responsible for managing incoming leads and effectively converting them into sales opportunities. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and skilled in building relationships, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on incoming leads through various channels (calls, emails, chats, etc.).
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting offerings and handling objections.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify high-potential leads and improve lead quality.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior.
Prior experience in sales or lead conversion is a plus.
