Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and closing sales for Genetix Print by handling inbound leads, developing new client relationships, and promoting custom printing solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, basic sales discipline, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed orders while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, calls, and walk-in inquiries
Understand customer requirements related to T-shirt printing, branding, bulk orders, and custom merchandise
Present suitable printing solutions, pricing, and timelines to clients
Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales status
Coordinate with the production team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
Upsell and cross-sell additional printing services where appropriate
Build long-term relationships with repeat and corporate clients
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections and resolve basic complaints professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling (printing or B2B sales is an advantage)
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic CRM or spreadsheets
Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
Preferred Attributes
Experience in custom printing, apparel, or branding industry
Familiarity with lead handling from Meta Ads or digital marketing campaigns
Ability to explain products clearly and close deals confidently
Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
