About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated

Sales Representative

to support sales, market research, and vendor acquisition. The role includes

telesales, field sales, client engagement, market research, and operational support

, offering real-world exposure to sales operations, vendor onboarding, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales and

cold calling

to engage vendors and customers

Market research

to identify leads and business opportunities

Field sales

, site visits, and vendor/shop visits

Product demonstrations

and platform explanation Client engagement, requirement understanding, and solution offering Support

vendor onboarding

, document collection, and profile creation Maintain

CRM

, follow-ups, client logs, and sales records

Client retention

, relationship management, and regular follow-ups Assist in

negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing support

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations Basic

data entry, reporting, and sales tracking

Who Should Apply

Strong communication skills in

Hindi & English

Comfortable with

telesales, cold calling, and client meetings

Willing to travel locally for field work and site visits Must have a

bike and valid driving license

Good interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling skills Basic knowledge of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Eager to learn

sales negotiation and customer relationship management
