Understand the material, process, and design story behind each product and communicate it thoughtfully.
Build and maintain relationships that go beyond transactions -- with follow-ups, feedback, and service.
Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timelines, quality and delivery expectations are met.
Maintain detailed sales records and ensure smooth order management from enquiry to dispatch.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborations aligned with the brand's design language in order to keep the store space relevant.

Experience
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in design, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
Background in interior design or architecture is a plus but not essential -- a genuine appreciation for design matters more.
