Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers at the Gandhi Nagar site, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and benefits accurately to potential buyers. Generate sales leads through proactive customer interaction and referrals. Achieve sales targets consistently through effective selling techniques. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the volume and value of sales. Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve customer service and sales strategies. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly. Prepare and submit sales reports regularly. Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
Essential Skills and Qualities:

Strong salesmanship skills including persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques. Positive, energetic personality with a customer-first attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently on-site as well as part of a team. Basic understanding of inventory management and product demonstration. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection with resilience. Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail or on-site sales, preferably in the garment or related industry. Familiarity with the Gandhi Nagar market and customer base is a plus. Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
