Job description for IVF Patient Counsellor (Sales):
Experience In
Sales/Counselling.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in fertility counselling/Sales/Counselling .
Educate patients about fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor programs, surrogacy, etc.) in straightforward, understandable terms.
Provide empathetic, confidential, and professional counselling to couples and individuals undergoing fertility evaluation or treatment.
Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
Maintain regular follow-up calls or messages to track patient progress and ensure compliance with treatment plans.
Salary:20k-25k(fixed) plus Incentives
Proper Training will be provided.
