We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through lead generation and conversion.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in corporate sales, presentation, and customer handling to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality leads through research, networking, and outreach programs

- Convert leads into sales opportunities by presenting EcoGrow Brand's products/services and addressing customer needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase EcoGrow Brand's offerings

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a similar industry

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or relevant degree in sales/marketing

- Experience in lead generation and conversion

- Knowledge of Disposables
