About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales pipeline, and closing deals for our digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively seek new business opportunities by leveraging networking, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and following up on inbound leads.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing using our CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot]).
Consultative Selling:
Conduct needs assessments and present customized digital marketing solutions that directly address client pain points and business goals.
Proposal & Presentation Development:
Create compelling sales proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close new business deals.
Requirements
Must be a
graduate
in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Solid foundational understanding of key digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
and strong
English proficiency
are mandatory.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong
negotiation,lead generation and sales closing skills.
