We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through leads, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Important:
This is a stipend-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months. All details, roles, expectations, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legal agreement before onboarding.
