Key Responsibilities

Greet & engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultations to convert leads into business Maintain a strong understanding of service offerings, pricing, and value propositions Build rapport and trust with customers to drive long-term engagement Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction Be available for scheduled shifts during the day and on weekends as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; sales or marketing background preferred 1-5 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in services (e.g., healthcare, education, wellness) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language Smart, confident, and persuasive personality with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment Open to working in rotational day shifts and weekends (no night shifts)
