Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Product Knowledge:
Understand the products/services inside out to effectively communicate benefits and answer client queries.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
Negotiation & Closing:
Effectively negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
