We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills along with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
