Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert into sales.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months - 2 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales/lead generation.
Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
(any regional language is a plus).
Ability to handle objections and convince customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
