Responsibilities
Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Provide detailed product information on materials, finishes, and customisatin options.
Coordinate with the design and production team to fulfil client orders.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including architects and hoteliers.
Keep the showroom presentable and assist in visual merchandising.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in
furniture/interior/retail sales
preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sense of design, materials, and luxury aesthetics.
Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism.
Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
