Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Follow-Ups
Regularly
follow up with drivers, fleet partners, and clients
to encourage them to meet sales targets.
Handle
offline and on-ground sales activities
to generate leads and convert them into active customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to ensure high retention.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Data Entry & Reporting
Accurately maintain
daily, weekly, and monthly sales records
in Excel and company databases.
Prepare and update
driver activation reports, target achievement sheets, and lead follow-up reports
.
Track the performance of sales campaigns and submit reports to the management team.
3. Ground-Level Operations
Coordinate with field drivers, fleet partners, and vendors for smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain
maintenance sheets, sales sheets, and customer databases
in proper formats.
Handle any on-ground issues related to drivers, customers, or sales execution.
4. Customer & Driver Support
Act as a point of contact for drivers and customers to resolve queries related to services, sales, and payments.
Provide basic training and guidance to drivers for better sales conversion and service awareness.
5. Additional Responsibilities
Participate in
marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
to boost sales.
Collaborate with the operations and accounts team to ensure smooth workflows.
Support management with
MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
as set by the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
(preferred).
1-3 years
of experience in sales, fleet management, or operations.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both
in the field
and
in-office
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to multitask effectively.
