Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Evolvesocially. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals. You will be the front line of our company's growth, introducing our cutting-edge social media and digital marketing services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

Sales Presentations:

Clearly and effectively present Evolvesocially's value proposition and services to potential clients through compelling presentations and proposals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and achieve sales quotas.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system [e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce].

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and alignment on strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Direct experience selling digital marketing, social media management, or SaaS solutions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
