Support the sales team in achieving business targets through coordination, reporting, and client engagement.Assist in sales operations, technical support, and customer relationship management.
Scope of Work:
Supporting activities aligned with territory/area sales plan and revenue quotas within the Cosmetic Chemicals/Personal Care segment
Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and presentations for the sales team
Supporting individual and team revenue targets through direct selling or backend sales coordination
Tracking customer payments and assisting in collections across the assigned client portfolio
Coordinating client meetings, stakeholder follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships
Assisting the technical team during product trials, technical support visits, and post-sales follow-ups
Regular reporting and communication with the Cluster Manager for updates, escalations, and planning
Identifying issues and proposing suggestive actions in coordination with the Cluster Manager to ensure client satisfaction
