Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell medical devices and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, and chemists.
Generate prescriptions and product awareness through regular doctor visits and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
Ensure proper product placement and availability at retail and hospital levels.
Organize CMEs, product presentations, and other marketing activities.
Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback.
Submit timely reports - daily call reports, expense statements, and territory sales data.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience in medical devices or pharma products preferred.
Good understanding of the healthcare industry, products, and customer needs.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Familiar with the Delhi healthcare market and key accounts.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email).
