. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, an in-depth understanding of beauty and cosmetic products, and the ability to build strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell cosmetic products to retail stores, salons, and direct customers. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate product knowledge to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

sales and marketing

of

cosmetic or beauty products

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with the local market in Rohini and surrounding areas. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
