Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive direct sales of car beautification treatments, including ceramic coating, PPF, detailing, polishing, interior protection, and related services. The role involves engaging customers, converting leads, and achieving sales targets through excellent product knowledge and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation Promote and sell car beautification treatments to walk-in and referred customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service packages. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell premium services and add-ons.

Customer Engagement

Handle customer enquiries professionally and confidently. Explain benefits, pricing, and process of treatments clearly. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Address customer objections and close sales effectively.

Lead Handling & Follow-ups

Follow up on enquiries and leads to maximize conversion. Maintain customer records and sales reports. Ensure timely communication before and after service delivery.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with operations and technical teams for service scheduling. Ensure smooth handover of vehicles and customer satisfaction. Support promotional activities and showroom displays.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass (any stream) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with passion for automobiles Ability to work with targets and incentives Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience in automobile sales, car detailing, accessories, or services Freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales may apply
