Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Sales Expert to join our team. The role involves selling digital marketing services -- including performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding, and lead generation solutions -- to clients across industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new business opportunities for digital marketing services. Engage with business owners, marketing heads, and decision-makers to understand their goals and pain points. Pitch customized digital marketing strategies -- including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content marketing -- based on client objectives. Prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI-based presentations to convert leads into clients. Collaborate with the internal marketing and strategy teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals. Track and report sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor offerings.
Requirements

Experience: 2-6 years in selling digital marketing or advertising services (agency experience preferred). Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ad campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualities

Results-driven with a hunter mindset. Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving ability. Confident in client presentations and digital campaign discussions. Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
