Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to reach monthly and quarterly targets. Plan and implement sales strategies to grow the business. Find new business opportunities and maintain good client relationships. Track team performance, provide guidance, and train team members. Prepare reports and share updates with senior management.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory. 1 years of experience in any sales and marketing. Good leadership, communication, and people skills. Results-focused and able to work under pressure.
