The Role & Objective
The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue by generating and converting high-volume enquiries to achieve Sales Targets within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively source leads via Direct Scanning, Influencer Management, and References.
Sales Conversion: Execute effective customer handling and sales progression techniques to close orders.
Market Intelligence: Collect and record real-time data on the market, competition, and industry in the CRM.
Operations & Reporting: Ensure smooth order execution, collect payments, and manage daily reporting/CRM data.
Promotions: Plan and execute Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent customer-facing skills and negotiation ability.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software.
Results-Driven: Highly motivated and focused on achieving quantifiable results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
