Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Representative to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on industry experience and a solid civil engineering background, enabling them to understand client requirements, propose technical solutions, and convert high-quality leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and convert leads for residential, commercial, and farmhouse construction projects. Explain construction processes, materials, timelines, and technical details confidently to clients. Conduct site visits with clients to understand project scope and provide accurate estimations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and industry professionals. Prepare proposals, BoQs, and coordinate with the engineering team for project planning. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups. Represent the company at client meetings, events, and project presentations.

Requirements:

B.Tech Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in construction or real estate sector. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to handle field work and site visits. Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
