Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed student enrollment targets for various programs. Identify, engage, and nurture prospective students and parents through presentations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups. Build and manage relationships with schools, tuition centers, and educational consultants to expand outreach. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Organize and participate in events such as open houses, education fairs, and school outreach programs. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a similar target-driven role. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads effectively. Flexibility to travel and attend events as needed. Experience in education sales or student recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
