We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in Industrial Automation. The candidate must have independently handled sales of PLC, Field Instruments, DCS, and SCADA systems. This experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have):
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of industrial automation products
Proven experience in independently managing sales of:
PLC / DCS (Distributed Control Systems) / SCADA systems / Field Instruments
Technical knowledge of automation and control systems
Ability to understand customer processes and recommend suitable automation
Solutions.
Experience in handling the complete sales cycle: lead generation, technical
discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales activities for PLC, DCS, SCADA, and field instruments
Identify new customers and develop business opportunities
Conduct technical meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals
Coordinate with engineering and service teams for project execution
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or
related fields
Preferred Skills:
Should have Experience in Siemens / Schneider / Allen Bradley / ABB /
Yokogawa / Honeywell / Emerson, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
