Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Manage inbound leads and proactively generate outbound leads via

, online platforms, and professional networks.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent business flow.
Client Understanding & Solutioning:
Assess client needs and position Ava Infotech's offerings as the ideal solution.
CRM & Data Management:
Keep client records updated and organised for seamless tracking and follow-ups.
Client Communication:
Engage clients through regular calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings to build trust and close deals.
Sales Documentation:
Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain detailed sales reports.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Introduce additional services like branding, website enhancements, and social media marketing to existing clients.
Performance Reporting:
Deliver monthly presentations on sales performance, analytics, and future targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresher candidates are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
(both verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of online platforms, Google search, and professional networking tools.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
