Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Representative
to join our team full-time. The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and sales execution in the solar industry, with direct exposure to schools, colleges, corporates, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients in assigned sectors and regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote solar products and solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct market research and track competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for campaigns, proposals, and project execution.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience/internship in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a
target-driven, field-based environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
