We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales leads Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance Continuously improve through feedback and training

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a sales or customer-facing role Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer applications Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales related field
