Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements Showcase jewellery products to customers Explain product details such as design, quality, purity, pricing, and care Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery items Keep records of sales transactions and customer details

Requirements:

Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Trustworthy, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality Ability to close sales and handle high-value transactions Basic knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, or willingness to learn

Qualification:

Minimum graduate (as per company standards)
