Responsibility of Super Stockists and Distributors appointment.
Super Stockists ground stock Monitor on daily basis.
Daily Focus & Follow up to distributors for the primary and secondary sales order.
Meeting with two to three Super Stockists & distributors on daily basis.
Co-ordinate with Head Office for PJP, Tour plan and business for the month.
Daily working Report of field work should be submitted at evening on daily basis.
Primary & Secondary Data Collection from super stockist every day.
Monthly report generated with MIS: - Area wise, Town wise & product wise.
Monthly Record maintain of Super stockists & Distributors (Secondary Report, Primary
Report).
Monthly Sale Projection should be Submitted to H.R .Deptt.
