Job Summary:

Katyayani Org Fincare is hiring Credit Card Sales Executives to promote HDFC Bank credit cards inside Tata Croma showrooms across key cities in Bihar. Your role will involve assisting customers, explaining credit card features, and completing the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

- Greet and engage customers at Tata Croma.- Explain benefits of HDFC Bank credit cards.

Sales & Target:

- Achieve monthly credit card sales targets.- Guide customers through application steps.

Document Collection:

- Collect and verify required documents.- Ensure compliance with bank policies.

Coordination:

- Work with showroom staff and HDFC backend team.

Customer Support:

- Answer queries and resolve issues quickly.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

- Sales experience preferred (not mandatory)

- Good communication skills

- Customer-friendly attitude

- Basic digital & smartphone knowledge
