We are hiring a

Sales Executive

for the Bihar region who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves field sales, customer interaction, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through field visits and local networking Promote Innovartic Solutions' products and services to potential clients Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain relationships with existing customers Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions Submit daily sales reports and updates to the Pune head office Conduct market research and provide competitor insights Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

12th Pass / Graduate

(preferred)

0-3 years

experience in sales or field marketing Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome Knowledge of the Bihar local market Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle targets Basic smartphone and MS Excel knowledge Two-wheeler with driving license preferred
