Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and appoint new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in the assigned area. Generate and follow up on leads for B2B and institutional sales. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure product visibility and brand placement across retail outlets. Conduct product demos, sampling, and promotional activities in coordination with marketing teams. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team for timely delivery. Submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proven experience in FMCG, incense, or fragrance product sales preferred. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Good knowledge of local markets and distribution channels.
