Key Responsibilities o Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and social media. o Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored product/service solutions. o Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals. o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities. o Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. o Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to improve sales processes. o Handle customer objections professionally and provide after-sales support as needed. Requirements o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates). o 0-3+ years of proven sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages a plus). o Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. o Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce - training provided if needed). o Willingness to travel within the region (if field/territory sales). o Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a passion for achieving results.
