Initiate conversations and build rapport with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to identify qualified opportunities.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT), and determine their readiness to move forward in the sales cycle. Relationship Building and Nurturing:Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their business goals, challenges, and pain points.
Provide relevant information, educational content, and resources to nurture leads, keep them engaged, and position GeekyAnts as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Proactively follow up with leads to ensure a positive customer experience, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns. Collaboration and Sales Enablement:Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their target market, customer profiles, and sales strategies.
Provide regular feedback on lead quality, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
