Identify and develop new business opportunities
Promote and sell company products/services to customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and report customer feedback
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4
years of sales experience
(relevant industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
Valid driver's license (if field sales)
