Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries (manufacturing, construction, mining, etc.).
Expand customer base through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
Sales & Customer Management
Promote and sell spare parts for industrial machinery to existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
Maintain strong after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding spare parts compatibility and usage.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer queries.
Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in
sales of industrial machinery, spare parts, or related products
.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical components (bearings, gears, motors)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Two wheeler mandatory
Language- Assamese is mandatory
