Job Overview:

As an integral part of our sales team, the Interior Design Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in organizing product and service delivery, implementing creative interior design solutions, promoting our offerings, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for interior design, and a focus on achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers with personalized solutions.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, exceeding predefined targets.

Cultivate lasting relationships through consistent communication.

Understand customer needs, stay informed about industry trends, and analyze competitors.

Collaborate with the marketing team for effective sales campaigns.

Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients.

Stay well-informed about product features and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A positive and resilient attitude with a customer-centric approach.
