Job Description

eGenerate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, and tele-calling.

eUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable models/variants.

eExplain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and offers.

eConduct test drives and follow up for closures, convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

eCoordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.

eEnsure timely vehicle delivery with proper documentation.

eExplain vehicle features at delivery and collect customer feedback

e Responsible to Build long-term relationships with customers and Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in DMS/CRM.

eHandle customer objections and complaints professionally by Ensuring high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
