Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for course inquiries.
Follow up with leads generated from webinars and ads.
Explain course details, benefits, and close sales.
Maintain accurate data and follow-up records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the support team for post-sale onboarding.
Requirements:
Good communication & convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and Excel proficiency.
Experience in telecalling or sales preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
