About the Role
We are looking for passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Meet clients, dealers, and distributors in the field
Promote and explain lighting products (LEDs, street lights, panels, etc.) with clear concepts
Close sales through cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly
Maintain and grow the client database effectively
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard
1-5 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with various sales techniques
Proficiency in computer use and ability to leverage technology
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of lighting concepts (LED, street lights, panels, etc.) is essential
Compensation
In-hand salary: ₹10,000 - ?20,000
