Position: Sales Refrac Serv Tech Junior

This pivotal role is part of the TE&S Equipment Department, where you will play a key part in supporting our sales and service teams, contributing to the promotion and delivery of superior refractory solutions.
As a Sales Refrac Serv Tech Junior, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients, helping them to optimize their operations with our innovative products. You will be involved in both sales and technical support, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service before, during, and after their purchase.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in developing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs to highlight our extensive range of refractory products and services.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients, helping them to understand product applications and benefits.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and trends within the industry.
• Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the advantages of our offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic planning efforts.
• Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and technical advancements relevant to the refractory market.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Sales, or Marketing) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients.
• A passion for sales and customer service, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
