Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and resourceful
Sales Recruiter
to spearhead hiring for our
B2B sales and lead generation teams
. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier sales talent capable of generating qualified leads, converting B2B prospects, and driving business growth.
This role demands an understanding of the qualities that make a
high-performing B2B sales professional
-- including communication, persuasion, client research, CRM knowledge, and self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Talent Acquisition
Understand B2B sales roles (Inside Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation Executives, etc.)
Partner with Sales Managers to define role requirements, sales KPIs, and ideal candidate profiles
Prepare compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier B2B sales professionals
Sourcing & Screening
Source active and passive candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, etc.
Screen candidates for experience in:
Cold calling & lead generation
CRM usage (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
B2B sales cycle understanding
Sales target handling
Conduct initial screening calls and assess communication, pitch, and product understanding
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, schedule assessments if needed
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future B2B sales expansions
Sales Hiring Analytics
Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness
Prepare weekly dashboards on hiring status and performance quality of hires
Market Intelligence
Keep tabs on B2B sales talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies
Suggest improvements in sales recruitment strategies
Candidate RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in
sales recruitment
(preferably B2B or lead generation roles)
Strong understanding of B2B sales structures, lead generation tactics, and CRM workflows
Proven ability to screen for skills like cold calling, email marketing, funnel building, and closing
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Shine), and basic ATS tools
Preferred (Good to Have):
Experience hiring for SaaS, tech, industrial products, or service-based B2B companies
Familiarity with sales KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, conversion ratios
Knowledge of employer branding strategies for sales recruitment
Ability to hire under pressure and handle bulk sales recruitment if required
