We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-friendly

Female Sales Receptionist

for our Honda BigWing . The role involves welcoming customers, guiding them with showroom information, and assisting the sales team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all customers & visitors with professionalism. Attend phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to concerned departments. Maintain visitor records and provide showroom/product information. Assist the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups. Handle basic administrative and front desk tasks. Ensure a neat, pleasant, and customer-friendly reception area.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred). Prior experience in showroom/automobile/hospitality will be an advantage.
