About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken
Receptionist
to be the face of our real estate sales office. The ideal candidate will greet clients warmly, manage day-to-day front desk operations, and support our sales team in maintaining smooth office communication and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain appointment schedules and office records.
Coordinate basic administrative and hospitality tasks (tea/coffee arrangements, meeting room setup, etc.).
Support the sales team with clerical and documentation tasks.
Requirements:
Fluency in
Gujarati, Hindi, and English
(spoken & written).
Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and professionalism.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum graduate or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience preferred (freshers with good communication may apply).
Salary:
As per experience and industry standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
