Respond to customer and institutional queries via calls and email.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and sales documentation.
Follow up with customers for payments and maintain payment tracking reports.
Manage after-sales support and product-related queries.
Order Processing & Stock Management
Handle online orders (Amazon, RLF Website) end-to-end.
Coordinate packaging, dispatch, and courier tracking.
Maintain updated stock logs and report low inventory.
Conduct monthly stock reconciliations with the Production Team.
Purchase & Vendor Coordination
Source materials and negotiate with suppliers.
Maintain purchase records and ensure timely reordering of raw materials.
Reporting & Coordination
Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Coordinate with the Accounts Team for invoices, payments, and documentation.
Work with multiple stakeholders, including schools, NGOs, printers, logistics partners, and donors.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills and courteous client-handling ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic accounting tools.
Ability to multitask and manage operations independently.
Experience in e-commerce order processing preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and basic procurement.
Self-driven, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.
